Nowadays the "TORRENT" has become the buzzword in the internet world for downloading files of very large size reliably without the fear of need to start downloading from the beginning in case of disconnection of internet or hung of download due to overload on the server as we experience on conventional download methods. In conventional download methods the relation between the server and clients is one to many. Every server has a certain output limit beyond which the server unable to service the requests. In torrent download the relation between the peers is many to many. Both uploading and downloading will occur simultaneously in every node and as a result no node is overloaded during download. The seeds represent the number of nodes from which we are downloading and leeches represent the nodes to which we are uploading. For maximum speed the seeds should be high and leeches should be less.
